My dream to move into a home. I purchased a Townhome in 2005. I got married in 2008. My husband and I welcomed a beautiful baby girl 9/10/09. Over the years we’ve simply outgrown our Townhome. It has been a nightmare trying to sell the Townhome. I would have to sell it for less than what is owed. Leaving me with the balance. My dream is to be able to purchase a new home and rent my Townhome out. I’ve toyed with walking away from my Townhome, but I don’t want to ruin my credit. Please grant my dream.
