Our Vision

To reinvent how young adults dream about their future while motivating millions to give back with their time, money and service by following our lead.

Founder, Bernetta Knighten

Bernetta is a Chicago native, a married mother of three who lives in Tampa, FL. She currently hosts a podcast, Dream Girl, Dream!, works for PwC, a 2x published author, publishes a lifestyle blog, BernettaStyle.com since 2010. She’s a proud Alumni of Alabama State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. During her maternity leave for her youngest child, she came up with the idea of creating an organization whose sole purpose is to change people’s lives, one dream and positive action at a time.

After watching Oprah & Ellen consistently give to others, their actions ignited Bernetta’s philanthropic passion and deep desire to change people’s lives. She aspires to restore hope in everyday people who have given up on their dreams because of the day-to-day life routines.

The Husband, Earl Knighten

Earl, a Florida native and a Kennesaw State University Alumni, is a Top Performing expert realtor. He is licensed in both Florida & Georgia. Earl loves his family and is very active in the church. He believes he was called to serve. So when Bernetta expressed her need to give back – he gave his 100% support.

The Children: Earl, Bailee & Emory

Earl, Bailee & Emory, understands this is a family affair. Earl and Bernetta have instilled in their children early, that giving back is important. Their children are great students and are active in different sports, but their parents believe giving back to others will make the biggest impact on their lives.

The future belongs to those that believe in the beauty of their dreams.
