Grace and Peace. My dream iis to be able to go back to college and pursue a degree in Theater Arts. I am a 45-year-old single woman. And I owe $500 to a local Community college and beacuse I owe this money, I cannot receive my transcripts. I do work a full time job and I also teach dance to the youth in my neighborhood to keep them off of the street’s. I just don’t have the extra money to pay this bill. Thank you for you time.
