I am a single mom of two. My youngest son graduated from High School and enlisted in the US Army two weeks later. As of right now he is in Basic Training at Fort Jackson SC. He will graduate August 17, 2017. My dream is to be able to watch him graduate. I recently lost my job and have no way to get a plane ticket to and from TX to SC. I put my oldest son through college by myself. I put my youngest son through High School, track, football, band and jazz band by myself. I have never been on welfare or any other program. I have worked hard my whole life and have dedicated my life to take care of my sons. Now my son has dedicated his life to serve and protect our Country. I do not want to let him down now. I just can’t do this alone this time and I need help. I saw you on the Steve Harvey Show and I applause you and your beautiful family.
