I have 4 children 2 of them are special needs and have weekly appomoints so i cant really work. We live in houston in a home with no AC and everything falling apart. I need to move so badly or at least get the AC fixed. The only way to move would be for me to work. For me to work i need a full time nanny that will take them to tgere weekly appomoints and i can face time while they are there. My children and i have nothing we need everything please help any thing please
