Our dream is to live in our own home before we leave this earth. My husband and I fell on hard times when we lost everything during hurricane Katrina. We lost our livihood we became ill. We got back in our home which was my parent home but lost it to foreclosure. My husband is elderly, partially blind and handicapped. We have no children to help us. We are living in a rental house we can’t afford and we can’t make any changes to it like he needs a handicapped ramp and bathroom. We have a property that needs a complete renovation but we don’t have the money to have it repaired. We started storing up supplies a little at a time to one day live there if we could get it repaired. our dream is a place of our own again to call home. God bless you in what you do.
