My husband and I are both senior citizens. We can’t afford the townhouse we’ve rented for 9 years. Our dream is to buy a rancher home (one floor & basement) with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. My husband are on social security, and because if 2 automobile accident and a bad back, my husband’s body cannot no longer allowed him to work.
